Wadena Status Report

Green Cross in now in full deployment status to Wadena, MN, following the severe string of tornadoes that ravaged the area in mid-June. We are receiving status reports from the team there daily...

I reported on site to the Salvation Army Deployment Headquarters, St. Anne’s Catholic Church, 201 Emerson Ave, Wadena, Mn. at 0900 hours.  AS IC for the  Green Cross team, I was in to do assessment and planning for the Tornado Recovery programs with the Salvation Army.

Wadena Donations

The GREEN CROSS ACADEMY OF TRAUMATOLOGY is mobilizing resources and personnel to assist with the relief effort in Wadena, Minnesota and surrounding areas following a severe string of tornadoes that nearly decimated the town and caused severe damage to the surrounding neighborhoods.

The GCAT is accepting monetary donations to assist in the effort via online donations, 1-888-498-4495 and postal mail at: GCAT, BOX 352 Becker, MN 55308.
